Moussalli’s Prime is a farm to table culinary destination, located on five acres near the outskirts of Edwardsville. Our mission is to provide the highest quality dining experience in an intimate setting paired with fine wines, spirits, craft beers and cocktails.
We’re committed to using the best available ingredients. We use prime certified angus beef, fresh seafood, and produce grown on premise or sourced locally, humanely, and sustainably.

RAW BAR & STEAKHOUSE WITH A HISTORICAL CELLAR
With our focus on flavor, we are a steakhouse at heart, we always have been, but now we’ve added an amazing raw bar, with oysters on the half-shell, crab legs & more. We have some new and exciting small plates, and our bar has expanded into a plethora of cocktails, beer, spirits and our newly renovated cellar.
